Welcome in the spring season with the playful bubbling of Schubert’s fifth symphony. Written when he was only 19, the work seems to defy gravity, paying homage to the nimble forms of classicists like Mozart and Haydn while maintaining the uniquely Schubert-ian flair for beautiful melody. In his second season with the USO, Concertmaster David Song contributes the deeply virtuosic and romantic Vieuxtemps fifth violin concerto.

Bring your picnic to our annual Mother’s Day Pops Concert! This year we feature Union County’s own superstar, Dawn Anthony. She brings a variety of jazz, broadway, and film music and will surely have tunes to tickle all fancies. Featuring a side-by-side with the Union Symphony Youth Orchestras.
